Hi Gary, I am not sure how well it would hold air–you would have to test it– what are you going to use it for? it has a urethane coating and it comes in 100 yard rolls– minimum yardage would be 25 yards per color if we cut it for you that would be $6.65/yd or roll price would be $2.65/ and we could look to see if we have a small roll for you–Emma
